Summary

All of our modems and routers are pre-configured for use on the UK telephone network as provided by BT Wholesale. To use a modem on another telephone network such as Ireland's Ercom some additional settings must be configured.

Instructions

First setup the modem as shown in the instructions, entering your account details. The additional settings are found in the Advanced section of the modem under Wan Configuration. Set the following values and then click submit.

Encapsulation: PPPoE LLC
VPI: 8
VCI: 35

Now save the settings, the modem will reboot. When the ADSL Link light stops flashing and goes solid click the diagnostics button to test the connection.
